If you wish to purchase records,Cd's or Dvd's we ask that you email us first to check on the availability of the item.We have experimented with various programs here to try and create a foolproof system that would eliminate the problem of out of stock items.In a main street store if someone purchases the last copy the item is no longer visible and therefore cant be purchased.In an on line store it dosen't work that way.There are multiple copies of some items,others that are in limited supply,and some that are one of a kind.The inventory on hand changes daily and there is simply no way for us to add or remove items in a timely and effecient fashion.Therefore its best to check with us before ordering.We will then notify you of the availability.We try to stock two or three of each title,however one order can deplete the entire stock,(Backorders on out of stock items can take one to eight weeks). Items that are asked to be reserved will be held for 15 days only.If there is no payment recieved in that time, the item will be sold to the next customer, if you need more time please send us a notification by email,and we will continue to hold it for you.

We do not recommend that you purchase items when there is a time element involved.In other words please don't order a birthday gift on Wednesday and expect it to be delivered on Friday.We wish we could do this,but we are not going to lie to you and tell you that we can when we simply can't.Our normal shipment days are Monday,Wednesday and Saturday.Rush orders require side trips to the post office and added emails and things never go as planned,this disrupts our service to other customers and always ends up in disapointment for everyone involved.

If you prefer to pay by money order,postal money order,or by personal check,please make the check payable to Bada Bing Cds & Records and mail it to us at 110 Laurel Court,Pittsburgh,Pa.15202 USA.If you pay by personal check we will hold your order for seven days until the check clears our bank.Checks must be drawn on U.S.Banks only,no foreign bank checks or foreign currency. For your protection you should not send cash or travelers checks

We do not accept postage stamps as payment for items or any other bartering instruments

We offer a money back guarantee on all of our products.If an item is defective you may return it for a full refund.This applies to defective items only,we don't refund your money because you didn't like the music.Please understand what your buying before you order.This may sound rather incidental,but it happens.This Guarantee does not apply if there has been intentional physical damage,or if the item was damaged by spilled liquids,misuse,abuse,acts of God(lightning or power surges) or if the item is damaged by exposure to magnetic fields,or if it has been modified,nor is there any warranty for consequential or incidental damages.

On cd's we will only replace the defective item with the same title you purchased.No exceptions!There is a 14 day limit on all returns.

If you have to return an item repack it (preferably in its original package)and include all of the original materials.We also need your invoice along with a note describing the defect.Please ship US postage prepaid by traceable means.
