In general, the merchandise we carry is brand new and factory sealed in the original wrapper.Used products are indicated as such and are graded according to the industry standards. In fact we grade the products one grade below what we think it is, in the hope of avoiding problems.

The items listed are aquired from various sources, both on a local basis and from sources around the world. We buy from record companies, distributors, private collections and occasionally store stock  from stores that have closed. We also attend record and collector shows around the USA and purchase items there from other dealers.

As collectors we generally aquire items that are interesting to us, hoping that they will be interesting to other collectors and this has worked well. The down-side is that some of the items are odd and are in limited supply.
Even the ones that were readily available yesterday may be on the endangered species list today. We are usually notified of this after the item has become extinct. In spite of our sincere efforts, the fact is that manufacturers go out of business, lose interest, go bankrupt and have all the other problems we all face.There is no warning regarding this, just long delays on deliveries without explanations.

That is why we ask you to check with us on availability first. That way you won't have to listen to all the excuses I get from them.

We do not manufacture, produce, reproduce or copy items to sell here. We buy & sell records & cds, we don’t make them. We also do not intentionally list items that are illegal or unlicensed material…..However, in the real world, we were not present when the products were made, nor is there any way for us to know if an item is or is not properly licensed, If you should see something on this site that you suspect is an unlicensed product, please call it to our attention and it will be removed immediately.

We also do not offer any Mp3 or other download service as we do not have a license to do that. Please don't ask us to send music files by email or any other method.
